At Alpha Home Health Agency we have home health aides, nurses, transportation drivers, and in-home therapists. We provide services in Lake, Summit, and Cuyahoga County. We are open and able to provide services 24 hours a day.

Communication with Case Managers

At Alpha, we believe in communication and keeping everyone involved in a patient's care. We provide daily communication between aids and nurses, as well as case managers, as deemed necessary. If there are any missed visits, medication changes, physical changes, etc. with the patient, we will contact the case manager with updates in a way that works best for them including email, phone call, fax, etc.
