Guided Transportation Services

At Alpha Home Health Agency, we are here to help our patients get the in-home care they need as they age. We offer many services to help make this stage of life easier – from in-home nursing services to cleaning and cooking help, and so much more. 

Our goal is to help provide patients with the essential services they need to keep them comfortable and safe in their homes. But staying at home all the time is not great for recovery or the spirit of our patients. We also offer transportation services to help integrate patients back into the community. 

Community Transportation Services 

Our team offers guided transportation services so patients can go out and about safely. Whether they need to run an errand, go to the grocery store, pick up medication, or if they just want to go to the park; We are here to help. 

We provide transportation and an aide that will help assist the patient while on their excursions throughout the community. This allows us to help heal the mind, body, and spirit by increasing their independence while keeping them safe!
